One of the best examples of good Interaction Design I’ve seen recently comes from a surprising place: the Wells Fargo ATM. In a device that typically is associated with exceptionally poor user experience, it’s a breath of fresh air to see so many things done right in an ATM design. A quick list of the features I like follows.
